  • Contacting you to offer new products or services.

To fulfil your order we share the necessary data with customs brokers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, courier companies, insurers, and customs and tax authorities. These transfers are necessary for the commercial relationship or to comply with the law.

We also use providers that process data on our behalf: email, cloud storage, accounting and artificial intelligence tools that help us draft and organise communications. Send your request to sebastiantraffic@gmail.com stating: your name and how to contact you, the right you wish to exercise or what you are requesting, and a copy of your identification or, if you are acting on behalf of another person, of the legal authorisation. We will reply within the timeframes set by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as tax, customs and legal obligations require. Once that period ends we block the data and then delete it.
